Titan partners with Reevoo to improve customer engagement and online experience.

London, 9th September 2016: Titan, one of the UK’s leading escorted tour operators, have partnered with user-generated content (UGC) platform Reevoo to improve customer engagement and online experience. After a successful content collection phase, Titan are displaying rich content from their customers on-site using Reevoo’s Experiences solution.

Reevoo’s Experiences solution generates customised, relevant and authentic UGC shows how brands fit into consumers’ lives. Titan gathered reviews, photos and asked customers for the ‘Best Moment’ of their holiday, passing this invaluable information on to other holidaymakers booking their trip.

Titan saw a significant boost in customer engagement – in a period when 800 new reviews were published, more than 500 users posted ‘Best Moments’ and over 120 shared photos of their holiday. In total Titan gathered user-generated content on 150 of its holiday packages – more than half the total number it offers.
