When I collected the product, the staff were rude; they left me waiting for ages, didn't talk to me and just wondered off. When I had to return the product, I again was left to stand around waiting for a member of staff to be bothered to serve me. He took ages and then said I had to phone the online team and I couldn't return it in store. I asked to speak to a manager, he arrived and didn't talk to me! In the end they realised that it was over 30 days (by 6 days) and that they had to send it away for repair. They had absolutely no customer service skills.

Next day delivery for a small fee was so useful. I looked at the machines in a branch they were helpful but could not decide had to slept over it then ordered one on line. But the delivery was a little worrying, delivery man came up to he door with the huge KMC030 box and Ice-cream maker box so fast and dropped it by my doorway and went away so fast, I am not sure if he considers that there are electronic gadgets in them. Thank God it was fine. I am not sure if was a bit reckless or very good at it to to it safely? For me it was so heavy I just can not believe it is alright the way he does pick it up, drop it down etc. as fast as he does. Other then that, bless him it was OK, bought it on line, next day it was in my kitchen and I was enjoying baking.

Good website set up. Good delivery times to choose from. I have bought a few items on that day. Unfortunately the wrong colour of the oven has been delivered and I ve realised it after the delivery men have left. I called your CS and unfortunately I felt that the case should have been dealt with more efficiently. I had to wait another few days for the delivery of the right product. The time could not have been confirmed with me either. I could not take another day off to wait for that delivery. Overall I believe that if Currys does not fulfil their customer obligations, and it is your fault, there should be a better abd more efficient way of dealing with the problem. The manager of the deliveries that i spoke with was not very emphatic and i felt tgat she could have dealt with my problem much more efficiently. I felt like she did not care. The product and website experience I would score a 10, customer service experience I would score a 4.

Had a flood and had to move out of our house. In the market for several items. We were in Birmingham and on way home called into Currys at Castle Vale. Assistant there was not at all help full, ended up walking out of shop. Stopped at Currys Tamworth (I've used this store for a number of years), walked in and and assistant walked past as we were browsing, asked if we needed help, wife said no thank you, he said OK and walked away. Wife said "I like that, no pushing". We went on to buy a range cooker, fridge, freezer and micro wave. Staff most helpful and friendly. Explained the situation with the house and delivery, no problem they said, you only need to phone and we can change delivery date - and they did. Thank you all. PS can I bring back the food mixer? we now have two !

the only reason that I have put 5 is because my wife and I went into currys at the mail Bristol to buy a radio/cd player,an they DONT SALE just a rodio/cd player. Only music centers,which we did not want.It was for us to take camping. So we went to ASDA and they had one.

Currys need to upgrade their computer system it is so slow, after about 15 mins of trying to issue me with a receipt to take to the checkout desk so I could pay for the fridge freezer, I got fedup and told the saleman just to cancel the order, I would go elsewhere and purchase it even if it meant paying a higher price, fortunately for Currys the computer system finally woke up otherwise you would not have had this sale at all, and this is NOT a one off problem, I had the exact same issue just approx 4 weeks previously when I purchased my Indesit washing machine, I am looking to purchase a new ceramic cooker very soon, and in the event I do select it from Currys should the same computer system problems arise I will walk out the shop and go purchase it from John Lewis in Aberdeen when I go up there in a few weeks time.
