Comaony apparently never received delivery instructions they require send to their system and put the order on hold but never told me !!!!!!! Customer service contact by a constantly and expensive phone number which no one answers or is then "not working" No email available just a messaging service to which I had no response for the first ten messages. Eventually received an email contact from customer services. Still very little action until I pointed out that they still had my order status as "standard" despite my problems and their promises to get it sorted quickly. Promised delivery by the end of one week but by the end of that week the order status had been put back to waiting for stock. There was no suggestion of stocking issues at time of order. Some of staff tried to help and eventually received a good product. Sadly four days after the birthday the ipad was for, and over three weeks from order.

They took almost a month to deliver this item, it was meant to take 4-10 working days. They lead you to believe that they are an English company, when in fact they are in Hong Kong, had I known this I would have thought again before purchasing. It didn't help that their phone wasn't working when I tried to call them, but they responded to my emails quickly. Apart from waiting a long time, their service was actually quite efficient once the item was dispatched.

Cancelled first order with them because they couldn't deliver on time.Was daft enough to order from them again,this time has taken nearly 4 weeks to arrive.Also I don't like the English names our little Chinese friends use when replying to e-mails,as they are based in Hong Kong

I ordered the Surface Pro 4 on 31 December so did not expect immediate delivery. Site said 2-5 Business Day delivery but might take 10. In the end it took 25 days. During this time the status changed 6 times but none giving updated delivery. Once DPD got the item then I was able to track it. Because I was going to be away from home I tried to change the delivery address but they would not do this. I tried phoning but each time a recorded message said there was a problem with the phone lines. Emails were replied to promptly but again with delaying tactics. I had ordered through Simply Electronics before without a problem. Having read other comments after the order I was on tender hooks until I received the Surface. The price was good but if they were honest and said delivery would be in three weeks it would be better. In light of other comments I was reluctant to cancel the order .

Have used simply electronics before and the delivery was excellent, but this time I was highly disappointed with the delivery had to email several times to find out what was happening and got told the same thing all the time,item was ordered on 26 December was told in the 6 January that it was being looked into and that it would be despatched soon,eventually got a email the say item had been despatched on the 19 January and I would have it in 5 days it was delivered 25 January so not happy with the delivery.

They sell good quality goods and customer services is quick to respond. However they don't always know what is going on in there shipping department. The iteam took longer than it should have to arrive. But did come well packaged and as described. Overall I'm happy.
