A bit cheaper than elsewhere and delivery took 11 days. I wouldn't buy from this company if in a hurry for the product.

Disappointing service, website said items in stock and would be dispatched 4 - 10 days - took more than 20 days..!! Customer services gave a standard response both time I queried where item was. Yes I saved a few pounds but would have preferred to spend the extra for earlier receipt of item.

I have used Simply Electronics for the first time but certainly not the last time. The camera was delivered on time and in packaging that was the best I have ever seen. When providing feedback I was impressed by the friendly and personal responses. So nice to get that touch which tends to suggest that they care about their customers. Well done.

Over the space of three weeks the phone was ready to ship either two or three times. Considering the phone was in stock (on the web site) at the time of purchase, the "getting it out of the door" service was shocking. Since my purchase, I started to check review site and was worried I would end up with nothing. However I got the phone as described. No complaints there.

I ordered on 8th January, money was taken on 12th January, contact was not possible because phones were not working, so tried to communicate in other ways. When phones did work I added £12 to my phone bill trying to find out where my camera was. Then I was asked for a copy of a utility bill. I eventually got my camera on 1st February. This is an experience I do not wish to repeat or to pass on to anyone else.

My order took a long time to be completed. Repeated contacts with customer services were ignored. As a consequence I became very concerned that my order would not be fulfilled and that I might have some difficulty in resolving that as a problem.

Comaony apparently never received delivery instructions they require send to their system and put the order on hold but never told me !!!!!!! Customer service contact by a constantly and expensive phone number which no one answers or is then "not working" No email available just a messaging service to which I had no response for the first ten messages. Eventually received an email contact from customer services. Still very little action until I pointed out that they still had my order status as "standard" despite my problems and their promises to get it sorted quickly. Promised delivery by the end of one week but by the end of that week the order status had been put back to waiting for stock. There was no suggestion of stocking issues at time of order. Some of staff tried to help and eventually received a good product. Sadly four days after the birthday the ipad was for, and over three weeks from order.

They took almost a month to deliver this item, it was meant to take 4-10 working days. They lead you to believe that they are an English company, when in fact they are in Hong Kong, had I known this I would have thought again before purchasing. It didn't help that their phone wasn't working when I tried to call them, but they responded to my emails quickly. Apart from waiting a long time, their service was actually quite efficient once the item was dispatched.
