Ratings and reviews pioneer Reevoo has renewed its focus on its end users with the launch of its new questionnaire.

In an industry driven by innovation Reevoo has stayed true to its philosophy of staying ahead of the curve, creating an intuitive questionnaire boasting full responsiveness and taking inspiration from the newest trends in UI and flat design.

The questionnaire was released after comprehensive user testing, with Reevoo allowing the product to be shaped by those intended to use it. Reevoo VP of Product Deepak Janakiraman said the new questionnaire’s user experience is a reflection of Reevoo’s creativity and close relationship with end users.

“We depend on people writing reviews, and we wanted to make that process as simple and enjoyable as we possibly could for our reviewers,” said Mr Janakiraman.

“The new questionnaire looks great on any device and it’s a real joy to complete. We’ve seen validation of that in the uplift in submissions since we deployed it.”

Reevoo has seen a 8.1% overall increase in review submission rate, and a 31% increase in mobile submissions since release. Content shared on Twitter has increased by 9x.
