How do I write a review?

Reevoo is committed to only publishing reviews from people who we know own the product. We do this because we think these are the most useful reviews for people trying to decide what to buy.

We really hate fake reviews. Absolutely loathe them. They’re popping up left, right and centre, but not in our backyard! We’re sorry if you can’t write a review for us because you can’t prove that you own your product. Blame the bad guys, writing fake reviews and ruining it for everyone.

If you bought from one of the shops we work with, we will email you a few weeks after your purchase to invite you to review.

If you haven’t received an invitation, or you didn’t buy from one of our shop partners, then here’s how you can write a review right now:

  1. Go to the page for the product you bought on Reevoo.com. (If your item is not there, or if you purchased a service or holiday, please email feedback@reevoo.com, instead of the steps below.)
  2. Click on the “Customer reviews” tab, scroll to the bottom of the page and hit the grey “Read all xx customer reviews” button.
  3. You should then scroll to the bottom of the page again and click the “Write a review” link at the bottom left of the page.
  4. Log in or sign up. Signing up only takes 30 seconds and won’t lead to a torrent of spam.
  5. Provide proof of purchase and write your review.

All reviews that we receive are moderated before we publish them. We do this to make sure reviews don’t contain bad language, personal details people have entered by accident, or irrelevant comments.

Once reviews have been through moderation they appear on Reevoo.com and on the websites of all our partner shops.

What counts as proof of purchase?

We accept receipts, order confirmations, delivery forms and anything similar given to you by the shop where you purchased, so long as it clearly shows the model name or number of what you bought.

Please don’t send us your original paper receipt – you might need it and we won’t be able to send it back. We’re happy to accept (readable!) photocopies, scans or digital photos of your proof of purchase instead.
