Good points:
Easy to use, rich in features interface. Used Zyxel before and was impressed by their quality ( not the current one ). Highly customizable with plenty of log features and an enhanced firewall structure. Maintains a high bandwith level with a low noise ratio.
Bad points:
Used for a small office network of 30 pc's with some services running behind NAT. NAT is limited to 10 port forwarding rules. I am using SNMP to monitor the line load and would definitely say that the Zyxel is reporting wrong values as the upload speed is 1.9 mbps and it is often reporting just above 4 mbps peaks!! The firmware hasn't been updated since 2010. The router seems sluggish. I suspect that it often overloads as there are strange peaks in the bandwith values ( beyond the max line speed ). Used a thomson 585 and a technicolor routers on that line before and they were maintaining a better performance, but were lacking the rich interface features. Definitely would change it for a better model once I find one that suits.

Good points:
Works very well, has telnet interface and quite good documentation.
Bad points:
Like all such products is spoilt by an over-complicated web interface, designed to look good rather than be helpful. NOTE: The interface does not work properly with Firefox, only the dreaded Internet Explorer.
