Just plain and simple, your not paying for all the other stuff that you do not need as you have all those already from your old computer, e.g monitor, keyboard, mouse,
Bad points:
As it say no OS, so you need to spend a little time installing the OS,

Score 4.0/10
Good points:
The case looks good and is more solid than most cheap ones made of the usual thin steel.

Plenty of expansion space and easy to work on.
Bad points:
The motherboard manual and driver disk included were for an Intel chipset board, whereas this is an AMD system. The board was identified through CPUZ, but it isn't a board sold at retail so finding the correct drivers wasn't straightforward (there is no specific support page on the Gigabyte website) and some significant ones - such as the display driver - are missing from windows update.

The Gigabyte board is about as good as any other Gigabyte board, which is to say not very.

And most bafflingly of all the hard drive is a 2.5" WD Scorpio Blue 5400rpm laptop drive. I can only assume this saved a few pennies on the PC's price, but it has the effect of making the whole system interminably slow. An utterly ridiculous choice for a desktop PC - I see that the product listing does actually show this now, but at the time of purchase it did not! To give you an idea, following a fresh Windows 7 install it took approx 6 hours to install all the windows updates after they had been downloaded. Once the PC is up and running then it is just about ok provided nothing too onerous is asked of it, but the hard drive choice really cripples an otherwise great value system. Given how cheap they are it'd probably be worthwhile getting a cheapy SSD to put in as an OS drive.

The PSU fan is very noisy, and as it's the PSU it can't be speed controlled like the system and CPU fan.
