Good points:
WM5 is a good operating system for a PDA. hardware keyboard is great and essential because of the small screen.
Bad points:
Very basic phone features. PDA functions are hampered by the small screen. Difficult to use PDA features while on the phone (eg checking your diary). Separate PDA and phone is better - this is a severe compromise. Non standard bluetooth doesn't work with hands free kits such as TomTom Go's because it's not recognised as a phone.

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
The device works well as phone, organiser and enables easy acess to email. Being able to switch on/off the various comm protocols is easy and means you need never have an excuse for interrupting the meeting with unwanted ringing! The keypad works well and the orientation of the screen changes automatically. I have used the device to draft quite long documents comfortably and accurately and nobody suggests that I have tiny hands. The organiser has all the features you could require and synchronisation could not be simpler.
Bad points:
The browser tends to require rather more screen area than is available which can be a problem on some sites. The battery life while adequate does require the user to be aware and charge overnight. I haven't ever got more than a day's use from it.

Good points:
Like other pocket PCs I can put all my applications in it , including tomtom and my bussiness files and programes . Its not very big like normal size Pocket PCs and it has a slik design.
Bad points:
Its software is a nightmare , it freezes alot ! On several occasions - too numerous to count - I have to take out the battery to make it work again. For some reason I can't get it connected all the time to my hands free blue tooth , so I had to give that up , because of embaracments it caused me , I had to bear the relatively big size of it - as a mobile phone- because of this.

Good points:
Full slide out keyboard, Exchange Server synching.
Bad points:
Rubber grommit always falls out of stylus holder, often needs a reboot similar to a PC. It also does not have Windows Mobile 6 as an option, only 5.
