David, Liecestershire Serious non-pro

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
I usually use a walking stick if I am on a long hike - and I was worried that this monopod might not be strong enough. It is! It is very sturdy and collapses down to a small size and would fit in most day bags (but not my LowePro - shame).
Bad points:
None realy - perhaps and adjustable head - but you can buy them separately and frankly, with the money saved on this monopod you can get one if you need.

Score 8.0/10
Good points:
This monopod is strongly built and very easy to. It's extended length means that it can be used without bending
Bad points:
THere are no bad points but it would be useful if it was fitted with a basic tilting head. A proper pan / tilt is unneccesary and would make the unit too bulky
