Good points:: This is a fantastic product very simple to use has great suction power and the onboard tools are well designed and are easy to attach and use. This vaccum is wonderful to use even when cleaning stairs as the handle ejects and is the extention tool.
Bad points:: This vacuum is heavy to lift
