Score 7.0/10
Good points:
I like the fact it has a setting to calculate your bmi and how many calories your body needs a day. This has really helped me with having a better sense of what my body needs. The changes in force are effective and the programs are really easy to use.
Bad points:
The pedalling is quite jolty at first, but once you use it a couple of times its fine. It is quite heavy to move about and took two of us to put certain parts of it together. However, the small wheels on the front feet make it a bit easier to move it across flat flooring.

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
Extremely quiet, easy to use, seat quite comfortable, adjustable handlebars
Bad points:
I felt the programs were not designed to hit your maximum efforts ( a little easy), although you can increase the levels manually as you ride. Heart rate monitor not accurate, a bit of movement when biking quite fast

Confirmed purchase: 02 Jan 2011

Confirmed purchaser

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
Earlier reviews had swayed me to make this purchase and after experiencing the bike myself I can understand why they were so positive. Considering this is an exercise bike for the home, it's surprisingly like real gym equipment! There are a vast multitude of programs to choose from depending on whether you want to achieve fat loss or just keeping fit or even increasing your fitness and stamina. The seat is adjustable, a great thing for me as I have really short legs! The handles are also adjustable and I find having the pulse monitor really makes you try harder. The instruction booklet is very helpful also, advising you on what heart rate to aim for should you want to push yourself and advising which programs are better suited to certain types of people.
Bad points:
No bad points that I can think of really except wherever you place it in the home it does take up quite a bit of space and it's very heavy so wherever you build it, make sure that is the area you intend to keep it in!
