Score 7.0/10
Good points:
It's very light, and compact, yet the screen size is big enough to make working on most office type applications easy and comfortable.
Bad points:
Performance isn't great for a machine with 3Gbytes ram (though may that's just Windows 7 - it's my first experience of this OS).
It comes with a load of Toshiba utilities installed which appear to be pretty useless.
It come with a 60 day trial of Microsoft office, and a similar length trial of some anti-virus product (I forget which). I didn't want either yet Toshiba put them on so force me to uninstall both: this is irritating.

Score 10.0/10
Good points:
Excellent companion for a 3-week trip to South Africa. Ideal for reveiwing and managing photos and video during trip, which was its primary purpose. The screen is great for reviewing photos due to high resolution, vibrant colours and brightness. The playback of HD video is smooth and glitch-free. It even coped with editting HD video using Sony PMB software. File transfer via USB was fast and reliable. Great for email, doing our travel blog and calling home with Skype using wi-fi in places we stayed/visited. Despite its compactness, the keyboard is easy to use and responsive. Overall, a great balance between portability and power. It was great to have the compact size of a netbook but with the functionality of a fully-fledged laptop.
Bad points:
No significant downsides. The on-board speakers produce a quite tinny sound. I haven't tried the sound through external speakers but the sound through headphones is good. A matt screen protector remedies the shiny LCD screen and provides ongoing screen protection.

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
This laptop serves the purpose for which I bought it, and at a very reasonable price for what it is - as I use it when travelling, as well as a back up for when my main computer goes in for repair. Therefore its light weight and small size are wonderful. Also, its integral webcam and wifi are a big plus.
Bad points:
My only frustration with this lap top so far is that sometimes I'm obliged to repeatedly jab my finger on the pad to get a response - when it's designed to respond to a very light touch. And that it doesn't have a CD/DVD drive is an occasional regret - however it's price, weight & size make up for this.

Score 8.0/10
Good points:
BATTERY LIFE IS GOOD, THE LAP TOP ITSELF IS VERY EASY ON THE EYE AND THE KEYBOARD IS VERY COMFORTABLE TO USE. I LIKE THE OVERALL DESIGN OF THE KEYBOARD AREA ALONG WITH THE KEYS WHICH ARE SMOOTH ENOUGH TO TYPE EASY ON THE MOVE.
Bad points:
JUST A LITTLE HEAVY, BUT NO TOO MANY BAD POINTS , ALSO THE EXTERNAL DVD DRIVE IS QUITE EXSPENSIVE.

Good points:
Excellent screen, keyboard and battery life
Bad points:
Advertised on some sites as 1kg, actually 1.48kg which still light but main attraction was weight
Shame it doesn't come with an external DVD drive as some other small laptops do

Small, light, good trackpad on a small laptop
Bad points:
Sound quality is poor, too much pre-installed software. Perhaps should be selected by the user during setup what they want on their laptop
