Weight / price ratio is good, plenty of RAM - good performance in business context, very good battery life
Bad points:
No DVD/CD drive (one of reasons for light weight!) , so advertised Win XP downgrade not possible with product as received.

Richard, London Business user

Score 6.0/10
Good points:
Good Tosh. extra features,reasonable size.
Bad points:
Battery will go down to only about 15% after a few days. Battery life when being used is very good - but switch it off, including USB charging and completely off - and battery will soon go very low. Extremely serious fault and shared by other internet forum users - with no cure. I cannot take it away for business for this reason, so not portable!

Score 4.0/10
Good points:
it shuts down extremely fast.
Bad points:
The touch pad is not very responsive and it is dificult to use. I have had to get a wireless mouse due to this reason and the quality of the keyboard is very poor it is very flimsy and you have to be gentle when typing.

It does take a long time to load up when you turn the laptop on

Caroline , Birmingham Business user

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
Great design, lovley looks and easy to get working witht the Windows 7 OS. I especially like the extra long battery life which saves me having to also carry the charger around. When you are on the move and working long days this is very important and a key reason why I chose the Tosh above others.

The screen resolution is nice and clear and crisp whilst swithching between VDU to projector to lap top in now easy peasy. What a relief.
Bad points:

On the down side I am a little disappointed with its speed, it is slightly slower than my old Sony Vaio which was a 2006 model. I expected it to be faster.
