Good points:
Simple design, full keyboard includes key pad, it has everything you need to run your business
Bad points:
Battery could last longer, but I guess if we expect for it to last for more than 6 hours we should use a desktop PC and not a laptop

Good points:
Considering the battery life, it is light. The graphics are great.
Bad points:
The battery life is not bad but I would have liked better. My last notebook was 3 years old and ran longer on the battery. Sometimes it dose not pick up a wireless option when other notebooks around me do.

Good points:
My company has a policy of only buying Toshiba laptops. All other makes we have owned have been a disappointment. this one seems to live up to all of our expectations of a Toshiba.
Bad points:
The screen/lid is held closed only by spring rather than by a catch, as in older versions of the Satellite Pro. If you attempt to open the computer with one hand, you will pick up the whole unit whereupon it will slip out of your fingers and fall with a crash onto your desk or, worse, off your lap onto the floor. I've done both - but it still works!

I didn't want Windows 7 so I installed XP. For the first month I was plagued with Winlogon.exe errors - even before any software was loaded. I was unable to find the casue of the problem, but it seems to have rectified itself now.
