Bright clear sharp screen. Wireless works perfectly with my router over a good distance outside my home.I like the feel of the keyboard when I press the keys - right amount of springiness.

Good points:
Good all round computer for work and the home. Excellent desktop replacement. Design is smart and classy but might be a bit too conservative for the trend setter. Full size keyboard with seperate number pad is also good. Large numer of USB ports is excellent, espeically if you add a wireless mouse and mobile broadband.
Bad points:
Mousepad is very slow so you need an external mouse. Volumne control is badly placed as you can reset the volumne just by picking the computer up. Speakers are probably very good for a laptop, but i find them a bit tinny.

Score 8.0/10
Good points:
Nice sleek design with a decent keyboard and excellent screen size. For a reconditioned product this is very good value for money as I would expect to pay about 50% more for this product brand new. There is no obvious reconditioning.
Bad points:
I haven't run it stand alone of the battery for long but it is obvious that this is not a viable option for prolonged periods. This is expected given the screen size and settings used.

Good points:
Performance is fine and I like the keyboard layout and screen.
Bad points:
I got a recon which should have been fine but I have had to do product recovery twice. I am not confident it will not have to be repaired/replaced.

Excellent large screen, powerful enough for the applications we wish to run on it.

Battery life is very short - much shorter than anticipated, needs to be plugged in for any extended (i.e. over 30 min or sometimes less) periods of use
