Score 8.0/10
Good points:
Fast, comfortable to use
Bad points:
The touchpad. Some of the functions seem to spring into action when I'm not expecting it, meaning the cursor has suddenly moved, the screen has zoomed or other unexplained actions. The information on this in the user manual is not good.

Richard, Hartlepool General home user

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
It looks and feels rugged and is sufficiently fast to deal with everything I have thrown at it so far!
Bad points:
Without doubt, the worst aspect of the laptop is the speakers, they are so tinny and shrill, a real shame for this laptop to have ones that are so inadequate. However the sound quality is fine if used with external speakers.

Col, Ipswich General home user

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
Great performance for every day computing, e-mails, banking, music etc. Very good design and very easy to use.
Bad points:
Its a little bit heavy but not overly and battery life isn't amazing as you cant go too long with out a mains plug so its probably more suited to home use as opposed to great portability.
