Score 9.0/10
Good points:
Powerful and very fast, great for gaming, watching films and any other media, sleek design with very useful backlit keyboard and touch tabs, lots of additional free, useful software provided by Toshiba, 3D capabilities are marvellous, relatively good speaker quality (considering size).
Bad points:
Very short battery life - roughly two hours (or two and a half if using the 'eco' function), keyboard buttons have large gaps around them; which may accumulate dirt over time.

Score 4.0/10
Good points:
A high spec. computer at a reasonable price.
Bad points:
Unfortunately the 3d / bluray does not work straight out of the box. A Toshiba download routine is required which for some reason does not properly install with the result you cannot play 3d bluray.
What makes matters worse is the technical support provided by the retailers "Tech Guy's" (not the official Toshiba support) which is hit and miss. After 3 attempts to sort the problem no success.
The laptop was delivered with the expresscard socket cover missing and the hardrive not returned to factory setting.

Take care on buying refurbished PC's where the support is not provided by the manufacturer.

Andrew, Walthamstow, London Home, business, music, games

Score 8.0/10
Good points:
Its very multi purpse - I use it for work during the day (I'm a journalist), college in the evening and games at the weekend. All have worked admirably well. I haven't watched films on it yet, so can't comment on blu ray and 3d picture quality. I did read one review which criticised the keyboard, however, I have found the it simple and quick to type on and the all round ergonics are generally good.

Lots of nice little features to help manage different user scenarios, function buttons are clear and easy to use and Toshiba software additions are quite useful and easy to use.
Bad points:
Sound is a bit dissapointing. Probably can't expect too much from a laptop, but it sounds like its coming out of a small box, which it is.

Score 8.0/10
Good points:
size, weight and performance are really good, Do like the keyboard with the numeric pad, very useful.
It runs most programs well, even running some serious games such as shogun 2 at high settings.
Bad points:
Battery life is not good, talking realistically less than 2 hours.
