Score 10.0/10
Good points:
I'm not very good when starting to use a new device but this I found was very easy, the instructions were very explanatory so I was pleased about that. It is good for all three (VCR, HDD & DVD). The picture, sound, quality and are excellent. I am very pleased with it all.

Florence, Average user

Score 5.0/10
Good points:
The unit was bought to enable the copying, playing of videos DVDs and CDs and transposing Hi8 analogue video recordings into digital format. We have not tried to copy our own material, but so far TV download to HD seems to work.
Bad points:
Some of the instructions are a bit obscure, and we have been unable to complete our 'training' programme yet. Too much verbage - not enough diagrams in the instructions for use.
