Good points:
Among it's good points are its light weight, yet good sized screen. This was the iniitial attraction for me due to the amount of travel I do.. Performance is very good in terms of speed and stability. (Not crashed yet).

I've lsted quite a few bad points below, but these are mostly niggles and overall I would say that this is an excellent machine
Bad points:
The design could be improved a little. I find that that the two USB ports on the left are too close together so depending on the device it can be difficult to use them simultaneously. This can be over come with extension cables, but it's just one more thing to carry. The tablet keyboard takes some getting used to and the buttons on the mouse-pad require alot of force to operate. It's good that you can turn this off so it doesn't interfere with typing. The power adaptor is small but I've seen smaller (and lighter). Why not make these things compativble with other chargers, eg smart phone chargers so that you only have to carry one.
The Toshiba software is extremely annoying and constantly in your face. Toshiba Bulletig board keeps telling you there is a new message, which when you open it does not exist. Likewise the eco-power software is intrusive. It's not necessary for the interface to open every time you change a setting with the function keys.etc.
Battery life has never reached the advertised 8-9 hours even on eco mode. The best is about 5 hrs.

Good points:
it's small and light and it has a built in cd/dvd drive which is unusual for such a compact machine.
Bad points:
not much, if I'm being really picky, the volume control is a bit fiddly and the built in speakers are low quality.

Good points:
Good, Latest Chip technology provides fast performance, qick start and quick shut down. Reasonably light fweight for the size so in theory easily portable. Slim black case with a carbon type finish. Anti glare screen.

Bad points:
: Battery life supposed to be up to 9 hours, my old Vaio achieved this afetr 4 years of heavy use. My Tosh is 4 weeks and struggles to get 4 hours. This is the main reason 1 purchased machine. Great disappointment and renders it not portable you have to carry a lead around at all times. THis makes the value poor since a 4 hour battery life computer can be bought for half the price

Comes with all sorts of silly software which I have had to remove.

Blue tooth coonction to printer keeps failing so I have to shut down and re boot. Again my Vaio would coonet to the same printer from a great distance. the Tosh you have to be next to the printer. Why have a blue tooth facility?

In use an error message keeps popping up and then asks if I want to continue - annoying.

Good points:
I am really happy with this laptop. It's incredibly light, but very fast and powerful and I went for the model that even has a built-in DVD drive. Has a nice fingerprint recognition tool that saves having to type in a password. Really impressive battery life. And it looks great too.

Good points:
It's perfect in every possible way, except the battery life.
Bad points:
The stated battery life is an out-and-out lie. I'm getting 2.5 hours off a full charge.
