Score 10.0/10
Good points:
Chromebook is a glorified browser computer. If you need internet use only it's perfect. There is limited offline uses. And programs cannot be installed.
That said, all the things it does it does well. It's linked to your Google account. So all the Google services (gmail, calendar, YouTube etc) are readily available. It boots up fast. Really fast.
Chromebook is perfect for students, as a back up PC or for checking social media on the go. You can't go wrong for the price.
Build quality is more than expected for a cheap laptop. Buttons are well spaced. This made typing with my sausage fingers ready. And the large track pad is slightly unresponsive at times. But it works as expected mostly.
If you don't game or do intensive work you can't go wrong.
Bad points:
Limited storage. 16GB SSD drive. Limited offline use. No Skype (yet) Can't mount smartphone for syncing. Pretty much locked into the Google universe. (I'm very ok with that btw, others may not) Relies heavily on cloud (internet) services. Services like gmail go down from time to time.

These aren't issues for me much but buyers beware. Chromebook is not for everyone.
