easy to use and simple controls, set up was a few minutes job.
Bad points:
sound seems a little low when on dvd setting so you turn it up then go back to tv and it is really loud and i have to adjust it back down.I think it is the dvd's and not the tv though!

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
Good value. Good picture. Good sound.
All in all a very good product... but see the Bad Point.

Can't "skip forward or back" on the DVD which is unbelievably bad. Instead have to press "fast forward". I cannot believe that this was allowed to happen.
Bad points:
On the DVD you cannot "skip" forward or backward. Instead you press the arrow key (forward or back) and it just fast-forwards (or backwards) as if it was a video. This is dreadful. The whole idea of a DVD is that it is quicker and less hassle. You're meant to be able to whiz around on it, not be stuck there "re-winding" if you want to move around on the DVD. Even on an LP record you can pick up the needle and move it around, positioning it to roughly where you want.

Good points:
TV Looks good and had some good features for the price however see "bad points"
Bad points:
Collected tv and only realised once home (staff didn't notice either!) that the side of the box was squashed and on opening discovered that the plug was damaged and there was a pin missing from the plug. Returned the tv to the store and collected another one. A black one wasn't available so we had to take a white one. Got this home and it didn't work so again returned to the store. Chose a completely different make and model - Logik works perfectly and I have one happy daughter!

Score 10.0/10
Good points:
I bought the Smart TV for two reasons, one for the TV/DVD and also for use as a computer monitor. So far the TV seems to serve both purposes very well. I am pleased with it and spent a long time deciding on which model to buy and have not been disappointed with my choice.
Bad points:
none as yet.
