The TomTom Running Watch is also on-hand as a training partner with five training zones to match your type of workout such as interval training, high tempo training or simply warming up.
Training zones include Sprint, Speed, Endure, Fat Burn and Easy.
Wireless syncing to MySports
Those with Apple smartphones or tablets can automatically upload runs wirelessly to the TomTom MySports mobile and desktop platform via Bluetooth.
