Chris, Derby Use it for work

Score 8.0/10
Good points:
Easy to use, & to update via tom tom home website. This version covers most of mainland Europe, which is why I cose it.
Bad points:
Should be XL screen size for this price, faulty cable meant I returned one IQ after 3months (would not charge incar), second was returned after one day, as it would not switch on correctly, saying "no maps found!"

Chrissie, Tunbridge Wells Occasional user

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
Very portable compared to the older versions, (fits in your pocket), does the job well on the whole though there are still one or two routes apparently through the middle of fields etc. Very please we bought this new model, would recommend. Excellent value for money, we are not bothered about live updates etc so this suits us perfectly. Looked at other makes but this seemed to be most flexible on offering maximum ways to find the desired route. (Some other makes do not recognise post codes - beware)
Bad points:
None so far.

ian, ramsgate Always use sat nav

Score 10.0/10
Good points:
the good side is that it gives clear lane indications which helps when you are a broad. it shows the lanes that you need to be in in flashing green arrows on the road surface and a matrix above show the town that you are going to. I would throughly recommend paying the extra for the Xl one it alot clearer.

Score 7.0/10
Good points:
Really clear directions, particularly in terms of lane assist.
Boots up quicker than earlier versions.
Bad points:
Screen can be hard to see in bright sunlight, but that may be a factor of our windscreen shape & positioning.
Still takes longer than I would like to boot up and find satellites - although I understand this is a problem for all GPS units.
Sucker for windscreen mount is terrible - falls off all the time. Really disappointing!
