Good points:
Seems to be far and away the easiest way to set up a cheap mobile for occasional use. Most of my calling time is to my "5 favourite numbers" at half price.
Bad points:
Working out exactly how much calls are really costing gets a bit confusing with the "free credit" system - where extra temporary credit (1 month expiry) is added based on a multiple of the basic top-up. Confusing - but whatever, I'm pretty sure the deal I'm getting is a good one.

Good points:
Suits the way I use my mobile phone perfectly. No obtrusive, incessant marketing. Prompt updates and quick service.
Bad points:
Pity the VAT increase affected the original offer of matching the top-up spend.

Good points:
You can set limits as to what user can access, once money is used no extra charges, always know what your balanceis. Tiop by direct debit and everything works smooth. probably the best tariff for value.
Bad points:
I keep forgetting password and cannot get helpline to help without it.
