Holly, Whitehaven Hobbiest joiner

Score 2.0/10
Good points:
The price is cheap, but you pay for what you get.
Bad points:
More or less everything was awful. The hole that the blade sits in is far too big allowing the blade to turn diagonal, making sawing in a straight line impossible. It's really heavy, creates a lot of noise and sounds rattly and cheap.

Confirmed purchaser

Score 1.0/10
Good points:
Cheap, powerful, several functions
Bad points:
Blade locking mechanism is poorly designed and difficult to use. Blades kept jumping out of the socket making this dangerous and messy to use. Took it back after trying for 30 minutes to cut one piece of wood. Swapped for a Black and Decker with click-in blades - much better design with neater, more accurate cutting. Unfortunately the cheap price does not make for a good value product. Spend an extra £10 and get something better designed.
