Maggie, Littlehampton Ultra keen cook

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
Very easy to use, closing lid and locking mechanism is by far the simplest I have seen. Washing is a doddle.
Bad points:
Letting steam off at the end of cooking, if you let it go too fast the kitchen can get covered, as the spray can go a long way, but this is only if you get impatient.

Jen, Malton, North Yorkshire. cooks organic stuff only

Score 5.0/10
Good points:
Nice loud clear yet pleasant noise to inform whats happening .
All goes in dishwasher apart from easily removeable timer, like that too.
Backed by a decent and credible bloke so should be ok. ie Jamie.
Very easy to operate but then so was my tefal that i had and i could hold it by the handle with one hand.
Bad points:
Bit small and I thought it was the big one.
Really useful instructions come on wafer thin paper guarantee thing that gets lost and/or damaged easily and everyone needs reminding how much water to put in a pressure cooker to be safe.
Friends tell me that no-one uses them anymore and they are so yesterday but i like a pressure cooker. :(
Need two hands to carry it but thats not bad as i feel safer using two.

Susan-Angela, Sowerby Bridge Price savvy shopper

Score 10.0/10
Good points:
Easy to clean
Folding handles make it easier to fit into the dishwasher and easier to store
The timer lets you know when the cooker is up to pressure (so you do not forget to turn down the heat under the pan) and bleats again when the food is ready
Bad points:
Not found any so far...

Emma, Southampton

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
This is my first pressure cooker and I was a bit scarred of the steam release. It is really easy to use . I did decorate the kitchen once . I find it best to realease steam slowly or leave to cool for five mins and then open valve . It is difficult to judge how much liquid you need. Some markings on side saying max and min would be useful. Cooks very quickly but I don't think it gives as good flavour as casserole cooked in oven. I therefore reheat in oven next day for 45 mins and it is lovely and takes half time. I use it on a boat so safe on passage as sealed lid.
Bad points:
Expensive compared to a lot on the market. The steam basket collapses rather than staying wedged on the slight dents . Read full instructions as they are not in logical order.

This 6L pressure cooker has a patented and easy to use one-click open/close system. With two cooking settings, you can create delicious meat, fish and vegetables a lot quicker than using traditional pots and pans.

The Jamie Oliver by Tefal Clipso pressure cooker features a removable timer, steamer basket, and a recipe booklet with insiprational ideas from Jamie himself.

Triple thickness base ensure quick and easy results, and is induction compatible.
Fold flat handles offer optimal space saving when stored.

18/10 Stainless Steel – A highly polished stainless steel exterior, for an attractive finish. The stainless steel body gives enduring strength and durability.

Diffusal Base – a thick layer of aluminium between two layers of stainless steel. The combination of aluminium and stainless steel achieves the optimum heat distribution and ensures durability of the product. Suitable for all hobs, including induction, but not AGA.

Vitamin Retaining System & Steam Basket – Tefal’s unique air draining system, helps to evacuate the air from the pressure cooker resulting in improved circulation of steam, resulting in faster cooking and greater retention of vitamins; the multi perforated vitamin basket aids this process.

One Touch Lid – Easy opening/closing system, simply press button to release lid.

Removable Timer – Controls cooking time to the second. Once the cooking time is programmed, it triggers automatically once the steam is released.

2 Cooker settings – a user friendly two position pressure regulator for different recipes, i.e. higher pressure for meats, lower pressure for vegetables.

Foldable Handles – unique foldable handles and reversible lid for compact storage.
