Score 4.0/10
Good points:
Looks good, and that's it!
Bad points:
I've had a number of Freeview products from various manufacturers, some excellent, some not so good, and this one is the worst by far. Specifically, the tuner is very insensitive, requiring an expensive aerial upgrade, where the previous Freeview equipment had no trouble at all. The user interface is poorly designed, particularly the program guide which is slow and clunky. There is no program information other than in the EPG. No program sort, despite what the instruction book says. Picture quality is about average; sound quality very tinny despite the allaged 'sub woofer' turned to maximum. The remote control is fustrating to use and having numerous buttons I am constantly searching for the correct button. The best thing about this TV is that I don't have to watch it, listen to it, or use it! It's in the guest room!

Good points:
Sound and image excellent
Bad points:
Unable to get Ceefax and Teletext on Digital programs,
When changing programs no indicator which program you are receiving. Text boxes very faint and illegible unless going up to the screen. Strange noise when first tuning in. I admit to being elderly and not with the best eyesight, however I never had any difficulty before.
As this region is in process of going digital and Analog due to be switched off next month I hope some of these problems may be resolved.
