Score 10.0/10
Good points:
easy to put together and my 2 year old loves the 2 seats inside, very open so she can see us and we can see her when she is in it. sturdy as it has a floor to it, although this can obviously get dirty very quickly but easy to clean. over all, this is the 2nd house we have had and this one is better than the previous one due to its stability.

Good points:
My son absouletly loves his new house. he is very tall for his age 18 months, and at first we were worried it wouldnt be tall enough for him, but its brillaint. the phone, the letterbox and doorbell are all great features he loves. would definatly recommend this to anyone.
Bad points:
the mobile phone isnt waterproof so when it rains you have to remember to run out and get it, the little sink inside could be more secure as when my son plays with it, it sometimes it looks like it could snap off.

Score 10.0/10
Good points:
this is a very cute little house, the fact is has a built in floor is great and the wood and stone effect on it is a nice touch, having a built in table and chairs is graet too my 16 month old loves to sit and have his snack at the table, and finds the doorbell entertaing too.
Bad points:
only bad point is that the base for the house is slightly out of shape so that the walls dont interlock properly, this caused us some trouble with the door being too tight or loose but after some fiddling about with it we resolved the problem. but they may have just been a fault with ours.

Score 8.0/10
Good points:
Hours of entertainment, my little boy loves playing in the house and the phone that comes with it is brilliant
Bad points:
A bit of a step up to get inside which he sometimes trips up on. Not the easiest to assemble, had to make a few minor modifications to get it together which was dissapointing considering the price.
