Good points:
Really easy to use. Simple methodical user menus. Makes top quality DVD's. So far have not had a single person who's said the DVD's won't play on their player so seems 100% compatability
Bad points:
When previewing DVD a F-Fwd option would have been really useful.

It does everything that it says on the box!! Once one has read the instruction manual, the equipment was very easy to set up and use, most of the operations are automatic and the picture quality is excellent.

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
I use mine to record directly off my camera to give me an instant DVD. I film for a league football club and the coaching staff require a DVD of the game as soon as it is over. This Sony recorder is small, easy to use and I can check that it is recording during the game. Perfect! In the past I have used a domestic recorder that is big and bulky, and if the feed lead gets pulled out all I had at the end of the game was a blank disc. Also because of the Sony's small size it is very easy to carry to away games.
Bad points:
Pitty it has not got an s video input and there is no video output available.

John, London Professional videographer

Score 10.0/10
Good points:
Superb mini dvd player that will work with VCR, DVR, Camcorder, SD and CF cards for easy movie and picture files transfer to DVD. Small, lightweight and simple to use makes this an excellent purchase to transfer movies and pictures without the need for a computer.
Bad points:
No cable supplied with the unit to connect to a VCR/DVR and no option to purchase one with the unit. A very stupid decision to not sell this cable as an additional extra as the unit cannot connect to a VCR or DVR without it!
