Good points:
good design, easy to carry as light , 3 usb's which is handy. love everything except bad points below !
Bad points:
after some time it heats up to unbearable temperature which of course since the key is in the name "laptop" and lap is on fire is not too funny. you actually cant keep it on your knee after a while. i would have expected a much better battery life from this manufacturer as it is only 2-3 hours max and since other machines do have better lets it down.

Score 6.0/10
Good points:
A good-looking, well-built netbook with a good keyboard. Three USB ports are useful.
Bad points:
A bit slow, but no possibility to upgrade the memory - might not have bought if I had realised this before buying. Battery life could be better.

Tinny sound - I have previously paid less for a different netbook and still got better sound. Unpleasant without headphones or USB speakers.

I bought the netbook at a deep discount. Despite the Sony name and good experience of Sony products, I doubt I would have bought it at full price, given that there are plenty of other cheaper netbooks which I believe will do the job just as well.

Jacqueline, Hyde, Greater Manchester General home user

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
Portability, good battery life, decent software installed and easy to get used to. I wanted a netbook that I could mainly have for personal use, but that I was also able to use for work, if necessary. I have not been disappointed. It was a bit strange after changing over from using a full size laptop, but the more I use it, the more I enjoy it.
Bad points:
There is nothing negative that comes to mind.
