Bad points:
Upgrade/downgrade route - I am a business user and wish to take this laptop back to XP to be compatible with my existing applications - this seems impossible and even the upgrade to other versions of Win 7 seem fraught with difficulty and lack clarity. NOT for business users

Good points:
Processing Power! Nice keys on the keyboard that allow you to type fluently! Good Sound from the small speakers! Nice crisp display! Visually Attractive and Stylish! Nice Features (Software/Hardware)!
Bad points:
Battery Life could be a tad longer, not recommended for long journeys without a power pack! The scroll function on the Nav pad gets in the way sometimes but is handy once you get used to it!

Confirmed purchaser

Score 5.0/10
Good points:
The size and specification were the main main attraction, alongside the manufacturers perceived reputation for quality.
Bad points:
Battery life seems poor if you rely on the Windows battery meter, and my experience with the manufacturers helpdesk wasn't good. A month out of warranty (only 12 months in UK, but 2 years elsewhere!!!) I found that the combined Blueray/DVD would not write to DVDs or CDs anymore. Again, the helpdesk support was very poor, and I found that it would cost me almost a third of the price of the machine if a replacement drive was required. That's crazy. Overall rating is based on poor tech support, poor UK warranty terms and exorbitant repair costs.
