Good points:
Image quality very clear. tv guide is very easy to view. Ability to connect other compoents is very valuable especially the PC
Bad points:
Even after trying the various options the Sound is a bit flat but by adding a home cinema it improved by 100% Would like to have had a hard copy of the Manual so as not to have to go back and forth in between setting things up.

John, London Film and documentary lover

Score 8.0/10
Good points:
I bought this TV for the picture quality and I was not disappointed (at least not once I'd worked out how to switch off 'Live Colour', which I found made the picture quite awful). The physical design of the unit is also beautiful, and I found the internet video surprisingly useful - I now regularly stream content directly with the TV's interface. The Bravia Sync interface with my Blue Ray player is quite clever and really handy.
Bad points:
The remote control interface is weirdly sluggish at times and, depending on what the TV is doing, it can be infuriatingly difficult to get it to respond to a button press. A classic example is trying to key in a two digit channel number while the TV is starting up - often it will accept the first digit, freeze, ignore the second digit and then take you to the wrong channel. The mechanisms for typing text for searches etc. is a bit clunky as well, so it really discourages use of some of the otherwise enticing internet features. And although I found the on-screen guides ("i-Manual") useful, I would prefer to be able to refer to a proper manual, even if this is provided as a PDF on a CD rather than a booklet (or even downloadable from a web site). A good example of where a manual would help is with the options for dealing with different aspect ratio content. These are poorly labelled and hard to access logically, especially in conjunction with a BD player with it's own settings and when Bravia Sync takes over. The internet video options are still a little limited compared to what you can access via a computer, but I'm hoping this will improve as more third parties provide the Bravia interface.

Score 8.0/10
Good points:
I think the product look great, it integrates well with my other equipment the functionality follows the PS3 my kids love. The TV is hard wired to my internet connection works well with BBC i Player.
Bad points:
The remaining internet services are limited and are clearly aimed at the US market. Those aspect are some what disppointing and I trust regular updates can be provided to offer extended services.

Chaz, Leamington Sports and games fan

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
-Excellent HD picture
-SD picture upscales really well
-Vast array of HDMI connections at the back aswell as Scart for VCR's - suprised at the good quality of VHS playback; not as good as CRT but still impressive for an LCD.
- Great for sports
- Excellent black levels
Bad points:
- Sound could be better
- The edges of the screen are slightly dimer than the central image; could be due to backlighting - but a very minor thing.
