Good points:
I have this setup in my bedroom. The picture quality is very good and so is the sound. I cannot find any fault with this product. it actually has more HDMI ports then any other brand of television.
Bad points:
The only bad point is the actual up dating of this product. You have to have a USB stick to download the updates from the appropriate web site. It is quite simple to do,but the only fault I have with this product.

Ben, Skegness Film and documentary lover

Score 8.0/10
Good points:
Very easy to set up, very sensitive tuner - will produce a solid picture with almost no signal on freeview channels. The sound quality is better than expected for a slimline design and there are more sockets than you can imagine - I like the ability to view images and videos stored on a USB stick.
The set switches automatically from TV through satellite box to video or DVD inputs. Colour quality is good and natural rather than overdone as on some less expensive TV sets. A good TV set all round.
Bad points:
The top ribbon banner which appears for a few seconds informing you of a picture format change is not needed really and the on/off side button does not really switch off the set from the mains although the instructions do mention this so remember to switch off at the mains socket to save electricity.
Some may not like the lack of an instruction manual but this is available through the set's memory on screen.
As with most plastic cased sets there is an occasional vibration audible at certain sound frequencies on voices but this is a minor gripe as it doesn't happen very often.

Upgradable software.
Bad points:
That annoying SONY "chime" -- the brief appearance of the SONY logo is just about acceptable but if I had some way of disabling the "chime" I'd be a happy man. Aargh!
