Score 8.0/10
Good points:
Excellent picture and tuning in procedure.
Bad points:
I have been unable to connect my laptop successfully to the TV. It does not recognise anything is connected? Plus there seems to be too many set up elements to change to set it up. This is also the case for my 40" model KDL-40HX703. There is nothing wrong with the cable it worked on my previous inferior quality TV?

John, Crawley Multi-purpose viewer

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
"Smart tv" - easy to set up on Wifi and able to access iPlayer (but other on-line channels are not accessible);
HDD Recording - easy to set up to portable HDD and relatively easy to use.
Bad points:
As above - not all of the free to view "On demand" replay tv channels are available - e.g. ITV. Thereagain as most of the best tv is on BBC, is that an issue?
TV Guide takes it's time to populate details for all Freeview channels.

Roy, Carlisle Film and documentary lover

Score 10.0/10
Good points:
Picture quality is exceptional.

Pleased I purchased the 22" as I was informed Sony are discontinuing this size Smart TV in white.

Overall pleased with my purchase and would consider buying the Sony 26" version if the price was right at my Sony dealer.
Bad points:
Hand held controller would have been nice in white. I also find it uncomfortable in regards shape to hold. This also is a bit tedious annoying with channel change when choosing say channel 3 from 2, when what you actually get is channel 4 with the programme button response. I don't particular like the ding sound on the tv when pressing the channel menu. A lesser point is the controller is black shiny plastic which seems to gather paw prints so easily.
