Good points:
Excellent picture and a good looking "smart" TV.
With a Sony webcam and a good set of speakers, Skype is a pleasure to use.
Bad points:
Sound has too much treble and a pair of speakers had to be connected The manual is rather complicated for a novice using the internet facilities.

Score 10.0/10
Good points:
Functionality including WIFI connection is excellent. It's a very nice-looking TV and picture quality is excellent.
Bad points:
The internet modules are very limited. I've had the set for over a year and was told at the point of sale that an ITV player module was coming soon but there's still no sign of one. It's also disappointing that it isn't possible to use the WIFI connection to watch *any* TV service available online - for example, French-language TV news broadcasts which are free to watch online but inaccessible through the Sony set. Paid services available through the set are uniformly uninteresting to me - I might be prepared to pay for access to quality content from around the world (e.g. drama series from Canal+ and ARTE (French)) but not for content such as regular movies that are widely available and easy to access already (through freeview or Virgin Media, for example).
Finally, the YouTube module is woefully awkward to use - it doesn't even seem to be possible to access my own YouTube account, which would help attenuate some of the inherent problems.

Good points:
Great all round performer
Bad points:
This is a smart tv that was superseded within a year and cannot be updated with extended apps eg Netflix. Which is the reason I bought this tv in the first place.
