I no longer have to remember, was that mosque in Samarkand or Bukhara.
Bad points:
For the non-geek user, the instructions would benefit from a rewrite into plain English.

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
It's accurate, small, light, reasonable battery life, uses AA so replaceable at any time to keep your track going. No running out of power half way through a shoot, compatible with RAW and JPG files. Finds signal quickly and easily, even in the external pocket of my camera backpack. I just switch it on, put it in the bag pocket in the supplied case and leave it for about 4 hours. Then I start to check the battery regularly or just change it for another rechargeable and carry on. It has a huge memory. I had it on for about 30-40 hours on holiday recently (not continuously) and I'd only used about 5% of the total memory available. Memory is erasable. Screen is small but clear and has a choice of displays. Unit has a lock button to protect against accidental pressing of buttons.
Bad points:
It's very expensive. I don't think it's too well built. The hinge for the back cover is a slip of perspex but it's not designed to be abused so I have no worries about it. I alwas keep it in it's supplied case. If you shoot jpg and want to tag your photos on board the unit you can only do 20 at a time which would become a drag if you'd done a lot of shooting. However, I download my photos and track data to my pc and add them after. This way you can automatically add an unlimited number. You can NOT tag RAW files on board the machine, it has to be done on a pc.

easy to use, good feedback because of the lcd screen. Long use with only 1 battery. I used the GPS during a trip in South Africa, never had to renew the battery.

David, FAVERSHAM

Score 7.0/10
Good points:
Seems to work even in a pocket or inside buildings. Data plots nicely on provided software but no Apple Mac version of software. Small and compact.
Bad points:
Battery life pretty short (but to be fair you do warn about this in your advertising) but poor indication of remaining battery life. No indication of remaining space on internal memory. As above, no Apple compatibility.

Score 8.0/10
Good points:
Adds the location information smoothly, Nice design. Intuitive.
Mac Users: You can copy location data within iPhoto to Raw images and videos taken on the camera.
Bad points:
Far too expensive. Sometimes it can take too long to find my location. Battery life could be better. But the pros do outweigh the cons so as long as you know what your getting you'll be happy. I'm still glad I purchased it.

Brian, Bognor Regis Always use sat nav

Score 10.0/10
Good points:
It is brilliant. I purchased to work with my Sony Camera but discovered it works with my Canon. I think it will work with any camera that uses the cards that fit in the unit. I love the fact that it can record and disply my route on a map (no need to take photos.
Bad points:
Pity that the battery life is only 15 hours but this is no real problem
