Good points:
Its small, compact and easy to use, also when you add a new contact and forget to press save it prompts you to save before quitting that function so you do not have to repeat the process again.
Bad points:
The battery life is shorter than other phones I've had in the past, also when i get my phone out to use sometimes its on text messages asking me if i want to send the message so obviously the keypad lock is not a good as it could be.
