Good points:
Really easy to use from the word go - still need time to understand all that it can offer, but in the meantime can take great photos and upload to computer easily. Small and lightweight so ideal for putting in a pocket or handbag.
Bad points:
The cover where the USB cable attaches to the camera appears to be quite flimsy in terms of its attachment to the camera body. Only time and use will tell if this is a truly weak point.

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
Easy to use - point and shoot but also has other features if wanted, It's a lovely small size and the wide angle lens is just the job. Went to the Mary Rose exhibition which is in very subdued lighting and there was no problem taking pictures without flash (not allowed anyway). Re-charge battery in camera - small re-charger.
Bad points:
The on off switch is very small but once you get used to pressing on with a finger it is no problem.
My main concern with the camera was not being able to use an SDHC card. Nothing helpful in the instruction book. Hopeless when I rang the Sony helpline who suggested formatting using a computer. Rang off and went through the menus on the camera and found I could format with the card in the camera. SUCCESS !!!

Score 10.0/10
Good points:
Comes fully charged, easy to use & there is an internal help/camera guide. Lots of extras on this model like the image edit function, the ability to take pictures whilst recording video. I set it up so it was all on automatic settings & it's performed brilliantly in Iceland.

Oh and you can now charge the battery via a usb .. great if you're on holiday as you can plug it into a car via the lighter socket using an adaptor. This is brilliant if you camp and don't have access to a plug socket.
Bad points:
You have to upgrade the existing PMH software to the new caption in order to transfer images across to a laptop. It's fine once it's done, but is an extra pain in the butt to sort it out to start off with.

'door' to usb port is dodgy, won't last long; difficult to get a precise zoom length; images tend to fuzz at most extreme zoom
