Good points:
Versatile and easy to use. Light and compact. Build quality of lens is excellent, metal not plastic.
Bad points:
More lenses should be available - mine came with 18-55 lens. I have since purchased the 16mm wide angle lens.

Viewer screen can be difficult to see in bright light

Good points:
Fantastic quality pictures, compact and light weight, really simple to use if on intelligent auto.
Bad points:
Need to be careful not to put your finger over the red light used for focussing the flash.
Some functions don't work if camera not in correct mode - has caught me out a couple of times e.g. if on "burst mode" flash will not work.

Score 10.0/10
Good points:
Very small and compact camera with digital SLR image quality and features. Some useful image creativity features which you'd normally expect to do on expensive software on your PC. Low image noise until very high ASA speeds are selected above 3200. 16 Mega pixel sensor gives stunning quality images. Lenes are of good quality allowing the best use of the sensor resolution.
Bad points:
The add-on flash gun is good but it could have been built-in. It would have made the camera body a bit bigger which is probably why it was not built-in. Zoom range 18 to 35 mm is not great but image quality is excellent. The lowest ASA rating is 200 which is rather high but similar to other cameras.
