Score 10.0/10
Good points:
very low water consumption and energy consumption so good for both meters! cleans very well, and looks smart.
The advantage of 13 place settings is that with the average wash not being anything like this full the dirty crockery is not so crammed in, so each piece gets a proper clean, rather than, if everything is crammed as in our old top of the range 12 place dishwasher, where sometimes a frying pan would overlap a saucepan and so not get cleaned properly. Also this dishwasher replaces an integrated one - be aware that integrated dishwashers are limited by the need for the door to be the same dimensions as the rest of the fitted kitchen, so integrated dishwashers stand on legs/plinth so that the door clears the plinth of the other cupboards, severly limiting internal space - hence why a free standing machine can be 13 place settings compared to 12 on n integrated machine.
Bad points:
Shiney stainless steel is a bit too fashionable for me - it sort of says - look at me, look at me, but is very sleek - bit sort of show off-y (if thats a proper adverb?!)

Good points:
Looks very attractive, blending in well amongst kitchen units. Very quiet in use.
Bad points:
None really except the length it takes to complete the Eco programme. Haven't tried any of the others to date.

Score 8.0/10
Good points:
Looks great and the free five year warranty was the reason I purchased this over a JLP branded machine.
Bad points:
It's a bit of a budget machine as it's not got a massive number of programmes, however it's plenty for most people.

Cutlery tray is a nightmare to load and we've found that dinner plates seem to get in the way of the upper tray runners if you put them on the edge of the lower tray.

Just like other Stainless Steel products, fingerprints are a bit of a problem on the finish.

Programmes times seem a little longer then our old machine by about 25%

Score 8.0/10
Good points:
Looks great, works well. Happy with our purchase.
Bad points:
Like many of the comments, glasses can topple over on the top shelf but not too tricky to stack so that they don't - there is plenty of height in the top shelf for tall glasses though which is a plus. Also, you can't place large plates in the outside plate racks on the bottom shelf as they hit the wheels on the top shelf. Not a major issue though as they fit well on the inner plate racks. Ideally would have a short programme as well.
