- Makes wonderful coffee, using the same coffee blend it now tastes so much better. The jug keeps coffee hot for hours.
- Bad points:
- Does take 10 to 15 minutes to make a full jug, but well worth the wait.

- The cold water container is not so convenient as the previous model as it needs to be positioned exactly and he handle is awkward
