Good points:
Very good sound quality, and hands-free works very well.
Bad points:
Disappointed that the phone does not offer a MUTE facility to be used when on a conference call where you need to listen without contributing. MUTE allows you to block out any background noises, which is very important in a business environment.

I also think the GREEN answer button and the RED disconnect button should be bigger to enable to disconnect (or connect) without actually having to look at the phone each time.

Score 6.0/10
Good points:
very stylish phone. Nice sound on the speakerphone. good for larger installations as can be used very effectively with repeaters. Skype connectivity works well. Useful intercom feature.
Bad points:
Although the phone advertises bluetooth connectivity, I cannot get it to work with a plantronics bluetooth headset. Directory management is somewhat clumsy - each handset directory is separate and whilst you can copy numbers across, this is time consuming.

Good points:
This is a lovely phone with many features. I use it with a Plantronics earpiece over a VOIP service provided via a router and it works really well. I run a Business IT Solutions Company so found it especially easy to setup and use. The instruction booklet is very comprehensive and written in English....always a plus! Altogether a very good phone.
Bad points:
Could do with more range, The area codes feature needs a little thought and if a CD had been provided rather than having to download the software that would have been a plus too. (the software is so you can synchronise your contacts with your PC which is cool.) The less technically minded will find this easy to plug in and use as a normal phone but might struggle a little with the more advanced features.
