Good points:
Love the tray/drawer for meat; no more worrying if meet juice has spilled over your veg because your husband lobs it all in willly nilly.
Bad points:
Massively insulated walls mean that the freezer isn't huge, but adequate. .

Score 10.0/10
Good points:
Beautifully designed - roomy inside. Love the glass shelves and the cool boxes. Great temperature control.
Bad points:
Same complaint as with all other brands too - why no slim pullout tray for ice cubes at top of freezer like my old Bosch from 20 years ago? Seems such a sensible idea. Ice trays take up a lot of space in the drawers and are messy to put in when newly filled with water.

Score 10.0/10
Good points:
Very energy efficient, looks nice (we've got the brushed aluminium), you can see the temperatures are to set point when you open the door, separate areas for veg / fruit and meat, bottle area and good door storage, nice deep freezer compartment and it's very quiet. Over all very happy.
Bad points:
Not really a fault with the fridge but it was delivered sat on a polystyrene base. It took two very able adults a bit of jiggery-pokery to get it off. Also one of the draws had been assembled with double sided tape wedged in the joint between the front and body of the draw which was unsightly. The wife phoned up and they sent a new draw out straight away (in 2 different deliveries?) It was the right shape/size but the wrong style so I managed to pry the front a bit to the original draw to get to the tape to pull it off.
