The touch controls operate 17 temperature settings to give you a variety of cooking options, plus a power boost setting for that extra bit of heat. 2-stage residual heat indicators provide a clear indication of when a zone is still hot after it has been turned off. The two levels are ‘H’ which indicates that there is still enough heat to finish off cooking or keep items warm, and ‘h’ which indicates that the residual heat is insufficient to cook, but the zone is still hot enough for caution.
