Good points:
Very high build quality and nice design, stunning picture quality, functional remote control and plenty of connectivity options.
Bad points:
The manual is poorly written, the menu system is too complex, the built in speakers are virtually unusable and it needs constant dusting.

Les, Ipswich High spec fanatic

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
Oit of box to use very fast...TV very intuative.

Great picture once youve tweaked the presets usinf THX setings.
Bad points:
Sound not great as a bit treble high no bass really, but tv is a monitor so this is no real issue.

Would be nice if home presets were better set up to THX test cards...

Full potential of TV requires you to reset up the picturte presets via some THX test cards (found on any disney dvd) using blue red and green filters (have to buy these seperately)...but once this is done WOW the picture is superb.

TV Buyers Guide

Manufacturer's Description

Sharp Full Screen LED backlight TVs have hundreds of LEDs arranged in rows to cover the entire screen, from corner to corner. The colours are brighter and more vibrant whilst the blacks are deeper resulting in more fine details in darker pictures. The new X-GEN panel with its wider pixel aperture design allows for visually brighter images whilst the Brilliant Colour Processor helps the precise expression of colours. The LE700 range also feature 100Hz technology and a high-speed 4 millisecond response rate to reduce blur and recreate natural flowing images. Complete with USB input for JPEG or MP3 playback and 4 HDMI inputs for easy multimedia connectivity. All this is contained within an environmentally conscious design with an ECO button, Low Power Consumption, Mercury free and an intelligent ECO Picture Control built in.
