Score 7.0/10
Good points:
The good points are listed above. It is light, easy to navigate etc
Fast.
Bad points:
The edge of the keyboard could do with more space for those of us with bigger palms and fingers. I also wish the keys were back lit as on a mac.

The edge of the latptop tends to cut into the wrist. I had to buy a soft foam attachment. At that price, its a small detail to consider.

The sound could be improved at times. It is slightly tinny.

Score 8.0/10
Good points:
Light and easy to move around
Bad points:
Screen is smaller than my old laptop and I do prefer the old size, It is also a shame that I had to buy a cd/dvd drive as well, my old laptop had this included.

Good points:
Sleek design
Bad points:
On my second Ultra5 laptop and get same issue - it doesn't wake up from sleep and requires a Safe Mode boot. It will boot with network adapter disabled and will need another re-boot to get the adapter working.Very disappointed.

Eugene, Birmingham General home user

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
Good performance (though a bit too slow for the newest games), excellent screen, many ways to customise the system using Samsung tools, good and useful Samsung Windows restore option (yup, already had to use it)
Bad points:
Mouse pad is not sensitive enough, battery heats up fast, battery holds roughly 3.5 - 4 hours on Windows 7, around 2 hours if you're on Linux Ubuntu 12.10, could be a tad big lighter for its slimness and size

Rosie, London Often on the move

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
lightweight, best price for an ultrabook I could find, and very good quality - can carry it around with me everywhere. I would recommend this laptop to someone who cannot afford an Apple but wants something stylish and lightweight.

the screen is bigger than the 11" mac - the 11" MAC screen was too small for daily word processing. I was very happy with the 13.3 " of this samsung.
Bad points:
None to speak of as yet - only disadvantage as compared to a mac is the fact that the fan needs to be kept clear .
