Peter, Redruth, Cornwall Experienced amateur

Score 10.0/10
Good points:
It is one of the easiest to use cameras I have ever had. The menu system and controls are intuitive, the image quality is superb. It compares very favourably with my Canon EOD 450D and in some cases worryingly so why did I spend so much on the SLR? The 5x zoom is smooth and better than most other compacts. it fits niceley into your pocket. Battery life is excellent. I took a long time to compare cameras before deciding to purchase this camera and I haven't been disappointed.
Bad points:
The autofocus can be temperamental, especially in low light situations. Lack of a viewfinder is a bit of a niggle for me, not so easy to use the rear screen in bright sunlight, but most compacts seem to be going this way.
