Emma, West Mids Basic text and chat user

Score 3.0/10
Good points:
Nice size but that is about it really have been really disappointed and wished I had waited a little longer as there are far better touch phones in the market now, On 18 month contract and cannot wait until June this year then I can get a new one.
Bad points:
I wished I could say something positive as I did loads of research before I purchased this phone back in Jan 09 when it had only just been launched and looked a great bit of kit. It was one of the first touch phones launched at that time and certainly the best looking one. I thas been a total disaster to be honest - there are loads of problems with it (too many to mention) but I will give just a couple of examples:- Faulty software you cannot turn the phone off otherwise it doesn't store contact details in messaging. It very often dials someone even though it is locked. The teouch screen is not very responsive and the pics and video quality are not very good. The stylus hanging (no where to store it) is also a bit of a pain.
