Good points:
Ics update is fantastic. It like this is a completely new tablet.

I had to manually update this tablet to ics. Samsung kies update is not availlable to the Saudi version yet. Even though I bought it in the uk ( off the internet).

Bad points:
It's very expensive for what it is; a higher grade laptop costs far less.
Badly needs the Ice Cream Sandwich upgrade - the text is very small and can't be adjusted.
Most annoying feature (not bug) is user file management. The user can only create and delete files using the Samsung file manager, which is very basic. As someone who uses compressed files a lot, this is a real nuisance as I have to unzip the files on my PC then transfer them to the Tab because I cannot zip or unzip from the Tab. Other (better) 3rd party file managers aren't able to overcome this problem. I'll have to root the thing to get it to do the most basic of functionality.
Like my phone (Samsung Galaxy S2), this came out of the box behaving not as smoothly as I would have liked and after three days it was in a state of perpetual booting. I had to get into the manual boot menu to completely reset it. I'ts been fine ever since.
This is my second tablet, after the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7 P1000 and I find it strange that software behaves differently on the two machines. The 7.7 (P6800) Tab has different ways of doing things too, which takes some working out, but on the whole it's OK. Apart from these points, it's a really good machine and when the accessory market gets itself into gear, I think it will start paying for itself.

Good points:
Only need one device for phone calls and applications

Being able to read screen without my glasses.
Bad points:
Device won't turn on when battery below about 5%.

Unless the battery is completely dead, it should flash a 'Low Battery' message.
