Jackie, Stockport

Score 6.0/10
Good points:
Easy to use
Bad points:
ring tones rubbish and not easy to use stored ring music as ring tones. Memory very limited had to get memory card then still struggled. Really disappointed bought for mum as she wanted to use her music as a ring tone but wanted a straightforward phone, bought this as it had blue tooth capability and thought I would be able to set it up for her but its ring tone is much too short and not loud enough extremely disappointed.

Craig, Cumbria Style and looks come first

Score 8.0/10
Good points:
I bought it for my 9 year old daughter, it is simple to use, and has the looks that any 9 year old girl craving a shocking pink phone would want. The camera is ample for her needs, and the MP3 player is excellent for her needs. The addition of a memory card has made it all that she could have asked for in a phone.
Bad points:
As a phone to be used by a 9 year old, I find it difficult to pin point anything that I would call bad. The screen quality is not the best, but this is not an issue with my daughter. Her only complaint has been that she hasn't been able to set the message alert to a song of her choice, not a bad point exactly because, at the end of the day, it doesn't affect the performance of the phone. The memory is a little on the low side, but as stated above, the addition of a memory card, at minimal costs, negated this problem easily.

Very stylish and compact. Good size screen. Easy navigation once you've got used to it.
Bad points:
Fully charged battery doesn't last long enough. Bit of a pain accessing the punctuation marks etc. when composing texts. No choice of text alert sounds.

Pip, Bodmin

Score 5.0/10
Good points:
Like the design - compact, pretty.
Bad points:
definitely NOT pink - it is poppy red. (I originally chose it because it stated PINK) takes ages to send a text, have to navigate too many options first, doesn't have a huge dictionary and i haven't managed to work out how to add something without it being in upper case. Why do all my sent messages get added to the drafts folder and how can i stop it - not enough instructions on basic things.
